Chitrakoot Waterfalls – Chhattisgarh
One of the beautiful scenic view that formed when lakhs of gallons of water fall from a height of above 30 meters. It creates a wow moment for the tourist & makes it a perfect tourist destination of Chhattisgarh. The waters of River Indravati flows from the Vindhu Mountain range to form the Chitrakot waterfalls. Often called as India’s Niagara Falls, this is the top attraction and largest waterfalls of India and is great to visit during the rainy season.
Barnawapara Wildlife Sanctuary
Situated in the Northern part of Mahasamund district, the wildlife sanctuary was established during 1976 on a huge area of 245 Sq.km. Lying on a flat and terrain area, the sanctuary gives shelter to number of Tigers, leopards, porcupine, pythons, antelopes, bison and many other species. As you walk in through the muddy paths, parrots, herons, egrets, black bucks, porcupines, monkeys, pea fowl and other species are sure to catch your attention, and you are sure to get surprised by seeing the barking deers.
Bhoramdeo Temple – Chhattisgarh
Bhoramdeo Temple offers a spectacular view of the whole city, the exquisite feature of this temple is that is beautifully decorated and looks spectacular. The temple has many religious sculptures and erotic sculptures as well. Tirathgarh Falls – Chhattisgarh
The most stunning waterfalls in the whole of Chhattisgarh is this waterfall, the limelight of this waterfall is that the falls over here split into multiple falls as it flows down and gives a Stunning view for the spectators. This is also an ecotourism spot as it enjoins the Kanger Valley national park. When you are done with seeing/enjoying this 300 feet fall, you can spend some spiritual time at the small temple that is located opposite to the falls over a huge rock.
Kanger Valley National Park (Jagdalpur)
Kanger Valley National  Park is surrounded by a rich biodiversity of fauna like Chikara, barking deer, Chital, jackal, hyena, wild boar, buck, drongo and some rare mouse deer. You can show your kids the animal world over here instead of showing them in the animal book, apart from this, the rich flora like fungi, algae, bryophytes and pteridophytes add beauty to the park.
